Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Requirements

• The entry requirements shall be at least credit level passes in five subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to form the core subjects with credit in one other relevant science subject at the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent.

• In addition, an acceptable pass in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) into 100-level is required.

Direct Entry (D/E) Requirements

• Candidates with two A level passes (graded A-E) at the Advanced Level in one or more relevant subjects (Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Geography, Mathematics and Physics) may undertake the three – year degree programme into 200-level.

Admission By Transfer

• Admission By Transfer is also available in Fountain University on presentation of relevant academic transcripts from previous institution.

Requirements for Screening Exercise

Candidates are required to bring the following to the screening centres:

• Current & latest JAMB printout
• O level result (if available)
• Two recent passport size photographs
• Printout of  change of Institution/Course (where applicable)
• Reference on good character of applicant (by Imam/Clergy, Community Leader, Senior Civil Servant)
