Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry at Joseph Ayo Babalola University (JABU)

• Industrial Chemistry

1. A minimum of 5 O level credit or its equivalence in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Economics is required for prospective candidates of the college of Agricultural Sciences.

2. A minimum of 5 O level credit or its equivalence in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics is required for prospective Biochemistry (Bachelor of Science) candidates.

3. A minimum of 5 O level credit or its equivalence in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Geography is required for prospective Computer Science (Bachelor of Science) candidates.

4. An Agricultural Science degree is acceptable in lieu of Biology for prospective Microbiology (Bachelor of Science) candidates.

5. A minimum of 5 O level credit or its equivalence in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any of Biology, Chemistry, Economics or Geography is required for prospective Physics Electronics (Bachelor of Science) candidates.

* A pass in Physics is acceptable for admission to study an Agricultural-related programme

• Interested candidates who have already applied to JAMB for admission and wish to change their first choice of university to Joseph Ayo Babalola University are required to:

1. Apply for a change of institution through JAMB.
2. Fill out our online application form or obtain a Joseph Ayo Babalola University application form.
3. Participate in the screening exercise.

** Prospective students still awaiting their results can also apply provided their results will be available by September of the intended year of study.

1. Visit the application portal by clicking here.
2. Navigate to the application form by clicking on “Fill Admission Form” tab.
3. Create a student account by completing the form with your personal details and hitting the “Create Account” tab on completion. Please note that you will need a valid email address to activate your account.
4. Activate your student account by checking your email inbox and clicking on the link in your email.
5. Log in to e-portal with your student login details.
6. Complete your bio data and upload all required documents. Please, note that all required documents are to be uploaded in JPEG format.
7. Check your email account for response from the admission officer for further instructions on screening date.
