Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Requirements

• Candidate for admission into the Faculty must possess at least senior secondary school certificate or GCE Ordinary level with credits in (5) five subjects, including English Language, English Literature and Mathematic obtained at not more than TWO sittings.

• The candidate must also have an acceptable pass in the UTME.

Direct Entry Requirements

1. Candidate must satisfy the requirements of five (5) credit passes in GCE, WAEC or equivalent but TWO of the papers must be passed at advanced level.
2. Passes Two-Year or Three Year Diploma in Law (Upper Credit) from a Nigerian University or equivalent Institution plus Credit passes in three papers, including English Language and English Literatures in SSSC, GCE O/L or equivalent and a pass in mathematics OR
3. Three (3) papers at principal or Advanced level in Higher School Certificate or GCE A/L together with credit in English Language and English Literature in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or GCE O/L or equivalent plus a pass in mathematics, or
4. Two (2) Papers at principle or Advanced level in HSC or GCE A/L plus Credit in three papers (including English Language and English literature and a pass in Mathematics) in SSC Examination or GCE O/L or their equivalent.

Inter-University/Inter-Departmental Transfer

Application for transfer to the Faculty will be treated on its own merit.

Mode of Application for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) Undergraduates

1. All prospective undergraduates who scored up to 140 in the most recent JAMB UTME are qualified to apply including those who did not choose madonna as first choice.
2. The stipulated cut-off mark applies to all other courses except Law (200), Medicine (200), Pharmacy (200) and Nursing (200).
3. Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result will be available on resumption.
4. Candidates should collect Screening forms from any of our three (3) campuses or any branch of Mayfresh Mortgage Bank Nation-wide, fill and submit to the officer the form was previously obtained from.
5. Aslo the form is available online at Fresh Applicants. Open this llink, fill and submit the form online and wait for responses from the university admission office.
6. Note: Screening and Admission forms are FREE

All intending Candidates must undergo medical examination in Madonna University Medical Centres on payment of necessary medical fees.

Where to submit necessary documents?

All completed Admission forms should be submitted to the Admissions Officer or Office of the Registrar, in any of our three (3) campuses, any of Mayfresh Mortgage Bank Nation-wide or electronically through fresh applicants link.
